I asked the canvas when I started, what brought about the devastation of patriarchy, where did it come from and when. This being, my Essence, called Affinity Rose, came and gave me the story. She told me of her own land far away thru the Bear Star Gate and all that had happened to her people, some of which was transferred to my people. She called them Heartless Ones and they live in our land even now, still silencing people.. There are so many symbols and meanings in this piece,, There is a story poem that goes with it to explain them all. It is a visionary piece, my Mythstory but I believe a Seer vision of our own future if changes are not made.
All of my life has been viewed through my eyes as an artist, one who SEEs on the Shamanic level. Much of my work is from images of my Interior Mindscape which I manipulate or compound from a series of my own originals. It is also from information my Spirit Guides give to me. I use my work to make the Invisible....Visible, to share information with others and to simply bring the power and joy of Beauty to all, both natural and unexpected Beauty.
